Had a cozy stay in a Deluxe King Room. The room had air conditioning, a shower, and a minibar. Loved the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Free toiletries were a nice touch, and the hairdryer came in handy. Great amenities make for a comfortable getaway.

I stayed 2 nights in a Family Room with Bathroom and loved the amazing view of Table Mountain. The location was a dream, allowing us to safely stroll the streets and access attractions with ease. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious pastries and a selection of hot dishes that catered to different tastes!

Positive, The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. I got a room with a view of Table Mountain, which was fine. Breakfast was a highlight with a large selection. The front desk staff was super understanding, especially Nolan, who helped me with check-in issues.

after almost considering a good review, I simply couldn’t. the elevator takes ages, it's like waiting for a miracle. also, I had to wait 2 hours just to receive sugar and milk? absolutely ridiculous for a 'luxury' hotel. some people seemed to be treated better than others, but I guess I just wasn't special enough.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't very pleasant. The bedding was too small for the bed, which made sleep uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom amenities felt underwhelming and inconsistent with four-star expectations. Lastly, the parking garage was quite challenging to navigate, which added to my frustrations.

For a fun day, I recommend a 15-20 minute walk to the waterfront. it's both scenic and bustling.

Enjoyed our stay in the Superior Twin Room for 4 nights! The location was fantastic, just a 15-20 minute walk to the vibrant V&A Waterfront area, and a quick stroll to the Bo Kaap neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of fresh fruits and eggs cooked to order. Clean room, great amenities, and helpful staff made our experience even better.
